EU Directive on Tobacco Products (TPD)

The EU TPD came into force On 20th May 2016,  setting a number of clear measures to prevent people from using tobacco with the aim to specifically protect the younger generations.

WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC)

The WHO FCTC was adopted by the World Health Assembly on 21 May 2003 and entered into force on 27 February 2005. It now counts 180 parties world-wide,  supporting the promotion of public health and new legal dimensions for international health cooperation.
