    ENSP sent an open letter to all stakeholders and decision makers involved in tobacco control in EU Member States, to urge them to consider WHO-FCTC Article 5.3 in the planning their process of implementing the EU Tobacco Products Directive 2014/49/EU (TPD), which states their obligation to take steps to protect their policy and law making from the commercial interests of the tobacco industry.
