    17 March: YHO Webinar Series “The course of urgency”

    On 17 March at 16:30 CET, the International Youth Health Organization is organising an event titled “New Tactics in Tobacco Industry Interference“, as part of the webinar series Curse of Urgency. The ENSP Secretary General, Cornel Radu-Loghin, will participate as a speaker and bring insights regarding the Big Tobacco tactics in Europe.     To mark the launch of a new collaboration with the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO), ENSP is pleased to announce an upcoming webinar connecting treatment of lifestyle-related diseases with prevention and cessation of tobacco and e-ciagrettes’ use.     TackSHS Project Final Conference at the European Parliament, Brussels

    Tackling tobacco-related chronic diseases in Europe: Novel data from the Horizon 2020 TackSHS project reveals the results of exposure to secondhand smoke (SHS) from cigarettes and second-hand aerosols (SHA) from electronic cigarettes on the respiratory health of European population, the burden of associated mortality and morbidity, and economic consequences for national and European welfare.
